- Must work independently and be proficient in blocks

**Submissions Requirements**
- State license required to bid: Yes (MO only)
- Board certification/eligibility required: Yes
- Clean history: Yes
- Required certifications: ACLS, DEA, other (Active CSR required)

**Skill Requirements**
- General anesthesia: adult, pediatric, neonatal, trauma
- Spinal, epidural, regional anesthesia
- Obstetrical and neurosurgical cases (head and spine)
- Thoracic (non-open heart) and complex ortho cases
- Pain management techniques
- Post-op epidural and extremity blocks
- Epidural steroids and transforaminal procedures (lumbar and cervical)
- X-ray guided blocks
- Ventilation and acute volume/BP management
- Central, arterial, and PA catheter placement
