A well-established Internal Medicine practice in South Haven, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, hospital-employed outpatient position. This role offers a collaborative care environment in a beautiful lakeside community.

Position Highlights:
Outpatient only, hospital-employed position
Minimal call with after-hours nurse triage support
Team-based care model with ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist, and nurse triage
Rural Health Clinic with flexible scheduling; availability as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 7:00 PM one day a week
Monday Friday schedule with work-life balance focus
Opportunities for committee involvement and quality improvement work

Qualifications:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine
Unrestricted medical license (MD or DO) and active DEA
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dedication to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
