Located in Kalamazoo, MI
Full Time Position
A leading cardiothoracic surgical team in Kalamazoo, Michigan is seeking a goal-oriented and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and high-performing department. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position with a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and shared weekend call.
Position Overview:
Join a cardiothoracic team consisting of 3 surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers
Full-time role with responsibilities in both inpatient and clinic settings
Shared weekend call rotation
Ideal candidates will have experience in an inpatient setting, preferably in cardiology or cardiothoracic surgery
Team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Michigan (or eligibility)
Experience in cardiac surgery or inpatient cardiology preferred
Strong clinical skills with a collaborative approach to care
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
