Start Date: 09/01/2025

Duration: 6 months

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule: Monday-Friday, four 10-hour shifts

Call: 1 weeknight beeper call per week and 1 weekend per month (30-minute response)

Clinical Details:

• Independent CRNA model with MD oversight


• Case types: OB (including epidurals and C-sections), ortho (total joints), ENT, GI, podiatry, urology, pediatric dental, general surgery


• 5 to 20 cases/day across 2 to 4 ORs


• No cardiac, neuro, or major spine cases


• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified CRNA


• Active or in-process Oregon license


• DEA, BLS, ACLS, and PALS


• Clean history

Skills Needed:

• General anesthesia - IV and inhalation


• TIVA and MAC sedation


• Spinals, epidurals, ultrasound-guided blocks


• Intubation, LMA, central line placement


• OB analgesia and ASA classifications up to IV
