**Locums - Full-Time CRNA - 4x10 Schedule - La Grande, OR**
**Why This Role?**
- Full-time assignment with stable autonomous CRNA team
- Wide case variety including OB, ortho, ENT, and healthy peds
- 4x10s schedule with light call rotation
- Supportive, close-knit medical staff in a scenic rural community
**Duration**: September 1, 2025 - 6 months
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule/Coverage Need**: 4x10-hour shifts per week, 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend per month
**Opportunity Highlights**:
- Critical Access Hospital with 3 ORs plus Cysto and Endoscopy Suite
- Average 5-20 cases/day across 2-4 rooms
- Epic EMR
- Autonomous practice: 1 MD + 4 CRNAs
- Call includes OB cases (proficiency in OB required)
- Cases: Ortho, general, podiatry, ENT, healthy peds, urology, OB/GYN, endoscopy
- No heads, hearts, or spines
**Requirements**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (Oregon CRNA)
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Clean history
**Skills Needed**:
- Spinals
- Epidurals
- OB anesthesia
- Endoscopy
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Ultrasound-guided procedures
- PICC line (preferred, not required)
