Job Description

Primary Care Physician (FP/IM) – Birmingham, AL

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends or on-call)
Compensation: $230K–$245K base + up to $20K in performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care

  • Manage a consistent panel of Medicare patients

  • Collaborate with care teams to meet health outcomes

  • Use Canopy and Greenway EMRs efficiently

  • Support team-based, preventive care initiatives

What You’ll Need

  • MD or DO, Board Certified/Eligible in FM or IM

  • Active Alabama license (or eligibility) + DEA registration

  • U.S. work authorization

  • Experience in geriatrics or outpatient care (preferred)

  • Passion for value-based, relationship-focused medicine
