Compensation
Base salary: $131,000 $152,000 annually, based on experience
Additional RVU-based bonus potential

The Team

Join a collaborative team of six physicians and advanced practice providers in a modern, state-of-the-art primary care clinic
Flexible full-time schedule: choose between 4-day/10-hour shifts or 5-day/8-hour shifts
Clinic hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
On-site access to lab, X-ray, and walk-in services

Candidate Requirements

Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Confident in managing a strong Women s Health panel
Eligible for Washington State licensure
Excellent communication skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
Able to maintain thorough and accurate documentation
