**Schedule/Coverage Need**: 24-hour beeper call coverage; inpatient and outpatient shifts

- 5 10 patients per shift
- 15-bed department
- RNs, MAs, NP, and office support provided
- 30-minute response time during call

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes
- Active state license: Yes (AR only)
- BLS
- Clean history

**SKILLS NEEDED**:
- Low and high-risk pregnancy care
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I required; Level II preferred)
- Vaginal and c-section deliveries, breech, multiple births
- Decision-making for c-section
- Surgical gynecology (preferred)
- Office gynecology procedures (preferred)
