** 2+ years of experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Cardiothoracic Surgery; Critical Care Fellowship training**

Level 1 Trauma Center
Two 12-bed Surgical ICUs (SICU & CTICU)
Collaborative team of 12 APPs, 14 Intensivists, and Residents
Diverse case mix: Cardiothoracic, Trauma, Transplant, Neurosurgery

Your Role:
Deliver direct care to critically ill surgical patients
Manage ventilators, resuscitations, hemodynamics, ECMO, and vasoactive agents
Perform procedures such as invasive lines and chest tubes (based on skills)
Rotate between SICU and CTICU
Qualifications:
Must hold a current Massachusetts PA or NP license
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Critical Care, Emergency Medicine, or Cardiothoracic Surgery; Critical Care Fellowship training
