A full-time Family Medicine Physician is sought for a well-established outpatient clinic in Albany, Oregon. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care, including chronic disease management, pediatrics, and preventive services, in a supportive team-based environment.

Position Highlights:
4.5-day workweek | 34 patient contact hours/week
Phone call only, shared among all clinicians
EPIC EMR
Collaborative team including behavioral health support
Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
Strong clinical and communication skills
Interest in rural health is a plus
Eligible to work in the U.S.
