- Support needed due to provider vacation coverage
- Paid 2nd call/back-up for both inpatient and outpatient OB/GYN
- Flexible locums schedule in a collaborative team environment

**DURATION**: June 2, 2025 - September 2, 2025
**COVERAGE TYPE**: Call Only (2nd Call)
**SCHEDULE/COVERAGE NEED**: Select dates including August 29-September 2 (7a-7a); additional needs throughout the assignment period

**OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS**
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Response time: 30 minutes
- Daily census: 5-10 patients, 2-3 admissions
- Supported by full hospital staff including RNs, NP, MA
- Located within driving distance of Raleigh, NC

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- License: NC or IM
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS
- Clean malpractice/background history
- Cerner EMR experience preferred

**SKILLS NEEDED**
- Full-scope OB/GYN including:
- High- and low-risk pregnancy care
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries
- FHR interpretation
- OB ultrasounds (screening required)
- Office-based minor GYN procedures (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, etc.)
- Major surgical GYN procedures (ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cystectomy, etc.)
- Management of breech, multiple births, and abruptions
- VBACs and repair of 3rd/4th degree lacerations
