**ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW**
- **Start Date:** July 28, 2025
- **End Date:** January 31, 2026
- **Schedule:** 8a-4:30p (can extend depending on patient load)
- **Setting:** Outpatient (primary) and inpatient consults
- **Call:** Light weekday beeper call, infrequent use

**FACILITY DETAILS**
- **Location:** Duluth, MN
- **EMR:** Epic/ARIA
- **Average Volume:** 10-15 visits/day; 25 patients on treatment between 2 MDs
- **Tech Available:** On-site CT sim, PET, MRI
- **Support:** 2 RNs, on-site and remote physicists, full dosimetry

**PROCEDURES & TECH**
- External Beam Therapy (EBRT): Linear Accelerator, Electrons, Rapid Arc/VMAT
- Techniques: IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, 3D CRT, Hyperfractionation
- Planning: PET CT/MRI Fusion, Beam Shaping (MLC), Portal Imaging
- Participation in tumor boards encouraged

**REQUIREMENTS**
- **Certifications:** Board Certified, MN License or IMLC
- **Systems Proficiency:** Epic, Aria/Eclipse
- **Other:** No inpatient admitting required, call very limited, must be available for key dates
