Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule: Week-long blocks including:

June 23-29, August 11-17, August 25-31, September 1-7, September 15-21, September 22-28,

October 6-12, October 13-19, October 20-26, October 27-Nov 2, November 3-9,

December 1-7, December 8-14, December 15-21, December 29-Jan 4

Clinical Details:

• Hospital-based ENT coverage


• Average 6 cases per day


• 10 percent trauma


• All age patient demographic


• Surgical: Thyroidectomy, Extended Parotidectomy, Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube


• Non-surgical: Hearing evaluation, ENT disorder management


• Endoscopic: Septal, Sinus, Flexible and Rigid Bronchoscopy, Laryngoscopy


• Facial: Rhinoplasty, Facial fractures, Skin grafts/flaps


• EMR: EPIC

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology


• Active VA license


• DEA


• ACLS


• BLS


• Clean history


• Facility will accept multiple providers

Skills Needed:

• General surgical and non-surgical ENT care


• Endoscopic ENT procedures


• Facial trauma and reconstruction procedures
