Locums - Interventional Cardiology - Call Only - Santa Fe, NM
Why This Role?
- In-house call coverage for large regional heart and vascular center
- Weeknight coverage with flexible scheduling
- Temporary privileges available for clean files
Duration: June 9, 2025 - August 31, 2025
Coverage Type: Call Only
Schedule: 2-3 weekday calls per week, 5:00p - 7:00a
Clinical Details:
- Inpatient coverage only
- Assigned patient rounding
- 10 patients per shift
- Trauma Level 3 facility with 206 beds
- Support team includes 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, and 3 office staff
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Licensed in NM
- ACLS
- BLS
- Clean history
Skills Needed:
- In-house cardiology call coverage and urgent cardiac consults
- Care for inpatient cardiac admissions and procedures
- Coordination of care within a regional referral heart center
