Duration: ASAP - Ongoing

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00a - 4:30p with 30-minute lunch

Clinical Details:

• Inpatient clinic setting with 10 OB/GYN beds


• Admissions required


• 4 patients per shift


• Support staff includes 6 RNs, 1 PA/NP, and 2 office staff


• EMR: Athena and Meditech

Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN


• Licensed in VA or IMLC


• BLS


• Clean history

Skills Needed:

• Low and high risk pregnancy management


• Fetal heart rate interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)


• OB ultrasounds including Level I and II


• Amniocentesis and full scope of vaginal and c-section deliveries


• Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations


• Operative gynecology including laparoscopic and open procedures
