Duration: September 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025 (select shifts)

Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call

Schedule: Must be available for most or all of the following 2025 dates:

September: 1, 2, 10, 11, 15, 17-22, 24-29

October: 1, 2, 6, 8-13, 29 - November 3

November: 5, 19-24, 26, 27

December: 1, 10-15, 17, 18, 22, 29, 31

Clinical Details:

• Second call coverage with occasional in-clinic responsibilities


• CNMs take first call; OB/GYNs called in for complications


• 25-bed critical access hospital with approx. 120 births/year

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology


• Active ME license or IMLC


• Clean history


• Facility will accept multiple providers


• Must be available for most listed shift dates


• Must be willing and able to perform GYN procedures: endometrial ablation, IUD insertion/removal, menopausal management, failed medical management, urinary incontinence care

Skills Needed:

• Routine outpatient and procedural GYN care


• Management of OB complications as backup to CNM team


• Collaborative care within a tight-knit OB/GYN team
