- 12-hour day shifts with flexible start times between 5 am - 7 pm
- 10 - 14 shifts per month with call coverage
- Average daily census of 18 patients
- No ICU coverage -- ED handles primary code response
- Hospitalist serves as backup for codes
- No procedures required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
