Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours

Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 7a-7p and 7p-7a; must be open to both days and nights, including weekends

Clinical Details:

• Annual ED volume: 24,500 25,500


• Daily average: 55 60 patient encounters


• 17-bed emergency department


• Transfer destinations include: Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, Aultman


• EMR: MediTech

Requirements:

• Board certified in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine (ABMS/AOA only)


• Active OH license or IMLC


• ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP


• 2+ years recent experience


• Clean history


• Must be available for nights and weekends

Skills Needed:

• Acute and emergent patient management for all age groups


• Stabilization and initial treatment of trauma and cardiac cases


• Basic procedures including sutures, intubations, and splinting


• Collaborative teamwork with APPs and support staff
