**Assignment Details**
- Start: As soon as credentialed (45-60 days)
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a)
- Nights and weekends required
- Volume: 55-60 patients/day at Cambridge
- Beds: 17
- EMR: MediTech
- Transfer locations: Riverside, Grant, Genesis, OSU, Aultman (OB)
- Transfer rate: 4.94%
- APP shifts: 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a

**Clinical Details**
- Full-scope emergency medicine for adult and pediatric populations
- Coordinate care and transfers as necessary
- Collaborate with APPs to manage patient flow and acuity

**Requirements**
- Board certified ABMS/AOA in IM or FM
- Active OH license or IMLC (LOQ within 3 business days of acceptance)
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
- 2+ years of recent experience
- COVID vaccination
- Clean background with no exceptions
- Malpractice included in hourly rate (cap $350/hour)

**Compensation Info**
- Rates: Not published - facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided and paid for by Archway Locums
- Travel Expenses: Reimbursed
