**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP (after credentialing)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8a–8p, 8p–8a); nights and weekends required
- Patients per Day: Meigs ED averages 25–35/day
- EMR: Site-specific; provider manages own documentation

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, IM, or FM (ABMS/AOA only)
- Active OH license or IMLC (must provide LOQ within 3 business days)
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
- COVID vaccination
- Minimum 2 years recent ED experience
- Must be available for nights and weekends

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Emergency care in free-standing and hospital-based EDs
- Typical Procedures:
- General emergency medicine
- Code response in ED
- Stabilization and transfer for trauma
- Exclusions: Admissions are handled by hospitalists once transferred to Gallipolis main site

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids (rate cap $350/hr)
- Malpractice: Provided (must be included in hourly rate)
- Travel: Reimbursed
