Locums - Cardiothoracic Surgery PA - Coverage - Lebanon, PA
Why This Role?
- One weekend per month coverage with full APP support
- Supplemental backup to an experienced cardiothoracic team
- Great opportunity to work in a high-acuity cardiac program
Duration: August 1, 2025 - February 1, 2026
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
Schedule: One weekend per month - Friday 5p through Monday 7a, includes rounding
Clinical Details:
- Assigned patient rounding on Saturday and Sunday
- Backup call support for surgical coverage
- Inpatient and outpatient setting
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Active PA license
- ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean history
Skills Needed:
- Inpatient rounding on cardiac surgery patients
- Second-call surgical backup support
- Clinical documentation and EMR proficiency
- Collaborative communication with physician and APP teams
