**Full Time and Permanent Position**
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and board-certified Gastroenterologist to join a well-established, multi-specialty practice with a strong patient referral base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team in a financially stable and growing healthcare system, utilizing premier on-site ancillary services, including two GI suites.
As the Associate Program Director, you will have the opportunity to help develop a regional GI Center of Excellence while working alongside two GI Physicians and two Advanced Healthcare Practitioners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a physician-led practice with shared common goals to enhance both the practice and the surrounding community.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with physicians, healthcare practitioners, and staff to improve practice efficiency and patient care.
Contribute to the development and growth of the GI Center of Excellence.
Provide clinical leadership and support for a diverse and talented team.
Educate and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students (with a special focus on teaching and training).
Foster a collegial, team-oriented environment with a focus on high-quality patient care.
Qualifications:
Board-certified Gastroenterologist.
Interest in teaching and medical education is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for community involvement and patient care excellence.
Location:
Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, the area offers a high quality of life, a low cost of living, and a perfect balance of professional and personal lifestyle.
Income and Benefits:
Highly competitive salary range of $540,000 - $675,000.
