Work 7-on/7-off with no in-house nights
Overnight call every other night
Double physician coverage and APP support
Open ICU; procedures would be great
Strong salary plus loan repayment, sign-on, and relo
No state income tax
Rural community in western Tennessee, but just two hours to Nashville
