Job Summary:

Mountain Area Pediatrics, along with Mission Health, is seeking a full -time Pediatrician to join a busy practice located in Asheville, North Carolina.

Qualified Candidates:
  • Board certified / board eligible in pediatrics
  • New and experienced physicians encouraged to apply
  • Please note that this position does not offer visa support
 
Position Highlights:
  • Outpatient setting with clinic hours Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5 pm
  • Schedule is 4 days during the week with rotating after hours and weekend coverage
  • Pediatric-specific medical staff consists of six Board-Certified Pediatricians
  • Well supported by clinical staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Medical Assistants, and Phlebotomists
  • Established patient panel and busy clinic
  • Call requirement 1:6 for after hours, weekend, and alternating holiday coverage with nurse triage line as first point of contact
