Locums - Family Medicine - Clinic + Limited Call - Franklin, VA
Why This Role?
- Clinic-based primary care with steady adult and geriatric caseload
- Six-month need allows for consistent scheduling through January 2026
- Local provider only
- Epic EMR system and supportive onsite team
Duration: July 2025 - January 2026
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Limited Call
Schedule: Monday-Friday clinic hours + 1 week of call every 6 weeks (Monday-Monday)
Clinical Details:
- Outpatient-only practice; no hospital, ED, or OB responsibilities
- Average of 20 25 patients per day
- Call is limited and phone-based, covering Southampton practices
- 2 exam rooms; support from 1 onsite APP
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active VA license or willingness to obtain
- BLS Certification
- Must be local
Skills Needed:
- Adult and geriatric primary care
- General outpatient procedures
- Teen (16+) care as part of family practice panel
