• Full-spectrum urgent care across all ages with onsite x-ray and ECG


• Preference for local or block-scheduling providers for ongoing needs

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing

Coverage Type: No Call

Schedule: Up to 14 shifts/month (12-hour weekdays, 8-hour weekends)

Clinical Details:

• Must treat patients 6 months and older for urgent care needs


• 30-50 patients per shift, 5-bed department


• Procedures include suturing, splinting, I&Ds, wound care, x-ray and ECG interpretation


• Support from medical assistants, scribes, and rad techs


• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Eligible in FM, EM, or Med/Peds (ABMS or AOB only)


• Active Missouri license


• BLS


• Residency trained, proof of 50 patient encounters in past 12 months

Skills Needed:

• Suturing, casting, splinting


• Reading x-rays and EKGs


• Minor procedures (I&D, wound care)


• Epic EMR experience or comfort adapting quickly
