**Duration**: ASAP Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: No Call
**Schedule**:
- Weekdays: 8a to 8p (12-hour shifts)
- Weekends: 9a to 5p (may shift to 12s)
- Up to 14 shifts/month, blocks preferred

**Clinical Details:**
- 5-bed outpatient urgent care center
- Daily volume: 30 50 patients
- EMR: Epic
- Minor procedures required (sutures, splints, wound care, I&Ds)
- Must treat patients 6 months and older
- Must read ECGs and X-rays
- Support staff: 1 MA and 1 front desk; no RN/LPN

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in FM, EM, or IM/Peds
- Active MO license required
- BLS (American Heart Association only)
- Proof of 50 recent encounters in past 12 months
- Strong Epic proficiency preferred
- Must be willing to work both weekdays and weekends
- Must interview with Medical Director prior to confirmation
- Clean background required

**Skills Needed:**
- Full-spectrum urgent care including adult and pediatric patients
- Comfortable with fast-paced environments and minimal onboarding
- Minor procedures, ECG/X-ray interpretation, and IV placement
