Seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our hospital-affiliated outpatient practice.

* Outpatient-focused with minimal inpatient responsibilities
* Shared call (1:3 or better) primarily newborns 36+ weeks and C-sections
* No inpatient rounding no dedicated pediatric unit
* Clinic hours: Monday Thursday, 8 AM 5 PM | Friday, 8 AM 12 PM
* (Open to flexible scheduling including evenings/weekends)
* Patient volume: ~25 per day
* Call coverage: 10 days/month (includes triage only)
