**Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Palliative Care**
**Location: Midland, Michigan**
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00 pm)
No call requirements
No holiday coverage required
Position Overview
Serve as a key member of the Palliative Care Team
Conduct palliative medicine consultations in an inpatient setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive palliative care consults
Address complex symptom management and support patients with serious or life-limiting illnesses
Communicate with patients, families, and providers regarding goals of care and treatment plans
Certifications Required
Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA approved
Education & Experience
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Prior palliative care experience preferred, but not required
**Location: Midland, Michigan**
