Responsibilities

Pediatrix® Medical Group seeks a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our South Florida team of Neonatologists and NNPs in providing high-quality, compassionate care at both Mercy Hospital and at Baptist Hospital in Miami, Florida.

 

About Mercy Hospital:

  • Mercy Hospital has a 25-bed Level III NICU with an expanding average daily census
  • 12 hour shifts
  • Beautiful updated unit opened in 2022
  • Unbelievable location in Coconut Grove with incredible views of Biscayne Bay

 

About Baptist Hospital

  • Flagship hospital of the Baptist Health System
  • Level III, 32-bed NICU
  • 24 hour shifts
  • Providing services to the community and one of the most respected medical centers in Miami since 1960
  • One of only four Florida organizations to receive the Governor's Sterling Award for total quality management
  • Recognized as a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence by the NCC, the first in the state to earn this honor and the only one in the state to receive it six consecutive times
