**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Clean history
- ACLS, BLS required
- IMLC accepted

**Skill Requirements**
- Upper GI endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, bleeder fulguration, variceal injection)
- ERCP (diagnostic and therapeutic)
- PEG placement
- Esophageal dilatation/manometry
- Esophageal manometry interpretation
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy
- Colonoscopy (biopsy and polyp excision)
