**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Licensed in WA or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS (AHA required)
- Hospital/surgery center privileges required (no temporary privileges available)

**Skills Needed**
- Upper GI Endoscopy (biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery)
- Diagnostic ERCP
- Esophageal dilation and manometry (including interpretation)
- Small bowel biopsy
- Flexible and rigid sigmoidoscopy
- Colonoscopy (with biopsy and polyp excision)

- Regular: $350
- Orientation: $350
- Guaranteed Hours: 8
