**Coverage Need**

- Shift Structure: 24-hour call (7am-7am), no clinic work

- Anesthesia: Available 24 hours (not in house)
- Second backup call available for complex cases
- GYN Oncology in town 2 weeks/month for consults
- Urogynecology consult support available 24/7
- Lodging: Apartments may be available for providers covering 14+ shifts/month

**Rate**
-24hr call/Shift - $1800
-Call Back Hourly - $245
- 3 patient contact hours included

**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active OR license required
- Clean history
- IMLC not accepted
- ACLS, BLS required

**Skill Requirements**
- Low and high risk pregnancy
- FHR interpretation (NST/CST/FSE)
- Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section
- Complicated delivery: c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology:
- Open
- Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOA's, chromopertubation)
- Operative/major (ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's)
