- Schedule: 2 days per month -- every other week, 9am - 5pm
- Average of 10 patients per day
- Hybrid model -- collaborating with telemedicine physician
- Support provided by telemedicine MD for all patient care
- Focused on TBI and concussion care
- Additional days available based on provider preference
