- Monday through Friday schedule -- flexible shifts 9am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm
- 10 - 15 patients per day
- Outpatient pain management practice
- Performs consultations and follow-up visits
- Trigger point injections and PRP procedures
- No hospital privileges required
