Qualifications
Compensation is fee for service (FFS). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $101,000 to $119,600 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.

- North Carolina NP or PA license and DEA
- Ability to see 60 or more patients per week
- Ability to adhere to timely chart completions
