**Submissions Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- ACLS, BLS required
- Clean history
- IMLC accepted

**Skill Requirements**
- Non-surgical and surgical ophthalmology procedures
- LASER procedures (preferred)
- Cataract surgery, phacoemulsification, extracapsular and intracapsular extraction (preferred)
- Glaucoma and corneal procedures (preferred)
- Intraocular lens implants (preferred)
- Intra-ocular injections (preferred)
- Plastic and orbital surgery (preferred)
- Interpretation of ophthalmic studies (ultrasound, fluorescein angiography, OCT, photo interpretation preferred)
