Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our collaborative team at HCA Florida - North Florida Hospital. We’re looking for a confident APRN with Level III NICU experience who is comfortable practicing autonomously. Experience educating RN/RT teams is a plus.

Position Details

  • Staffing Model: 2.5 Neonatologists and 6 NNPs
  • Coverage: NICU and Newborn Nursery
  • Schedule: Variable shifts with day, night, and 24-hour coverage options

Qualifications
  • Current APRN national specialty certification as an NNP
  • Minimum of a master’s degree
