Setting: Clinic with procedures

Call: Yes, includes weekends

ORs: 12 operating rooms

ER Volume: 60,000 annually

Clinical Details:

• Trauma Level: II


• Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric


• Dialysis access: Yes


• Required procedures: To be confirmed with provider (vascular and endovascular)


• EMR: Epic

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery


• Active OH license and DEA


• ACLS and BLS certified

Skills Needed:

• Vascular and endovascular surgical procedures (customized per candidate)
