**Duration**: Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**: 7 consecutive days per month, includes nights and 1 weekend

**Clinical Details:**
- 100% inpatient cardiology practice
- Mix of 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients
- Patient census spans multiple hospital floors
- Admissions/discharges vary: 2-8 per day
- Average patient stay: 2-4 days
- 15-25 patients seen on daily rounds
- Advanced Practice Providers perform HPs with physician oversight
- STEMI volume: approximately 15 per quarter
- EMR: EPIC

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active VA license
- ACLS
- BLS
- ATLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- STEMI management and low-volume emergent intervention
- Cardiology inpatient rounding
- Oversight of Advanced Practice Providers
- Comfort with 100% inpatient workflow
