Position Summary
An established and multidisciplinary geriatrics team in Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal or Family Medicine physician to provide team-based care in Skilled Nursing Facilities. This part-time opportunity offers flexible scheduling, minimal call, and the option to participate in teaching with a faculty appointment.
Role Overview
Position Type: SNF rounding physician
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
Schedule: 16 hours/week, flexible weekdays
Call: Infrequent phone-only call
Teaching: Optional with academic appointment
Team: Join a collaborative group of over 20 geriatric providers
Ideal Candidate
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
Geriatrics board certification or interest preferred
Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure
