• Monday through Wednesday 8am - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm -- Thursdays off
• Approximately 15 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Pediatric through geriatric patient population
• X-waiver preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience required
