**Coverage Type**: Call Only
**Schedule**: Beeper call for unassigned patients with 30-minute response time

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient OBGYN call with 10 patients per shift
- 15-bed OB department
- Admissions: 1 to 3 per day
- EMR: Paragon
- Support staff: 3 RNs and 2 APPs

**Requirements:**
- Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Active NC license
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Management of low and high-risk pregnancies
- Fetal heart rate interpretation and OB ultrasound (Level I and II)
- Amniocentesis
- Vaginal delivery and low forceps delivery
- Decision-making for C-sections and VBACs
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Surgical gynecology (open, laparoscopic, and major operative procedures)
