**Locums | CRNA | Outpatient | Damariscotta, ME**
**Why This Role?**
- Join a dedicated, skilled anesthesia team at a 25-bed critical access hospital
- Long-term stability with full-time 2026 schedules and potential locums-to-perm transition
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- Beautiful Midcoast Maine location with a consistent 4-day workweek in 2026
**Duration**: September 2, 2025 - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: No Call
**Schedule**:
- 2025: Mix of 8 and 10 hour shifts
- 2026: Monday to Thursday, 10 hour shifts (Fridays off, no exceptions)
**Clinical Details:**
- 25-bed critical access hospital
- Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases
- Working alongside 2 experienced CRNAs
- No trauma, hearts, or OB
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified
- Active ME license or Compact License
- Availability for specified 2025 dates
- Willingness to work full-time into 2026
- Clean history
**Skills Needed:**
- Independently manage routine surgical anesthesia cases
- Pre-op and post-op patient management
- Adaptability to rural hospital workflows
