**Located in Findlay, 45m to Toledo**

We are a thriving independent community non-profit health system in Northwest & Central Ohio, offering a new opportunity in a family practice setting.

Schedule Options:
Part-time or Full-time
2-5 days/week 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour days.

Week On/Week Off
7:00 AM 7:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 7:00 AM 5:00 PM (Fri), 4-hour Sat.

Twelve 10-hour Days/28-Day Block
Wed-Fri: 3 days on, 2 days off, Mon-Wed: 3 days on, 6 days off.

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible by the appropriate specialty board.

No current investigations or sanctions by any state licensing agency or law enforcement.
