**Schedule**: 24-hour beeper call; 30-minute response time; 1:1 call ratio

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient setting only
- Admissions required: 0-2 per shift
- Call backs expected: 100% (0-6 patients seen per shift)
- Phone consults required: 0-6
- EMR: Epic
- Facility beds: 140
- Trauma level: Not designated

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Active IL license
- Clean history
- ACLS and BLS
- Must be proficient in general ortho for hospital call

**Skills Needed:**
- General orthopaedic procedures
- Arthroscopy (Preferred)
- Total joint replacement (hip, knee, other) (Preferred)
- Joint revisions and repairs (shoulder, hip, knee, other) (Preferred)
- Tendon repair and release (Preferred)
