**Locums | CRNA | Outpatient | Davenport, IA**
**Why This Role?**
- Focused cosmetic surgery caseload with low daily volume
- No call required with predictable weekday hours
- Flexible schedule with 4 to 8 shifts per month
- Collaborative setting with APP, RN, and surgical tech support
**Duration**: ASAP - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Outpatient
**Schedule**: 4 to 8 shifts per month, 7 AM to 4 PM; clinic open 8 AM to 5 PM; OR starts at 7 AM; Wednesday and Thursday surgery days preferred
**Clinical Details:**
- Outpatient cosmetic surgical practice
- 1 to 3 procedures per day depending on case length
- Procedures include: breast augmentation, breast reduction, facelift, abdominoplasty, blepharoplasty
- Support staff: 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, 1 surgical tech
- 1 OR and 1 procedure room per provider
- EMR: Cerner
**Requirements:**
- Board Certified
- Active IA license or IMLC
- Must be experienced
- Clean history
**Skills Needed:**
- General anesthesia for cosmetic procedures
- Independent CRNA practice in outpatient surgical setting
- Effective communication with surgical and nursing staff
