**Assignment Details**
- Duration: July 1, 2025 - Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 2 weeks/month, Mon-Fri 7a-5p (first/last day 12p handoff), nights and weekends on beeper call
- Call Ratio: 1:1
- Trauma Level: 2
- Nearest Airport: Central WI Airport

- September 22-25, 30 - October 6
- October 28 - November 7
- November 26 - December 4
- December 28 - January 2

**Clinical Details**
- 5-8 patients/day
- Inpatient only
- Residents and APPs on site
- EMR: Cerner

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery
- ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean history
- Must supervise APPs and residents

**Skills Needed**
- Full-spectrum general and pediatric surgery including:
- Neonatal and trauma procedures
- Hernia, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, Nissen, GI endoscopy
- Congenital repairs: gastroschisis, omphalocele, artesias, diaphragmatic hernia
- Central line, chest tube, ventilation management
