**Coverage Type**: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
**Schedule**: Clinic 8
**Clinical Details:**
- General urology practice including clinic, call, rounding, and surgery
- 20 25 patients per day in clinic; 20-30 surgeries per month
- Common procedures: cystoscopy, vasectomy, prostate biopsy, TURP, nephrectomy, ESWL, Botox, etc.
- Call mix: 20% new consults, 80% returning patients
- Admissions managed by hospitalists
- EMR: Epic
- Support: 2 RNs, 1 MA, surgery scheduler, 2 front office staff

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (0 5 years post residency)
- Active WA license or IMLC
- ACLS, BLS, DEA
- Able to cover 80% of posted dates and specify shift capacity
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Bread and butter urology, both clinic and inpatient
- Proficiency with robotic cases preferred
- Comfortable with high patient volumes and fast-paced setting
