**Duration**: ASAP - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: No Call
**Schedule**: Weekday scheduled shifts only, no weekend or after-hours call

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient psychiatric youth treatment unit (ages 5-17)
- Patient load: 8-12 per shift
- No ED admissions required
- Direct admissions from regional hospitals may occur
- Trauma Level 1 facility
- EMR: Cerner
- Internal communication via Voalte system

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active MT license or IMLC
- BLS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Management of anxiety, affective, ADHD, personality, psychotic, and organic disorders
- Familiarity with restraint application and seclusion therapy
- Use of pharmacotherapy
- Group and family therapy experience preferred
